The P3 and P4 children started their Florence Nightingale topic at home whilst we were learning remotely and had lots of fun setting up their own hospitals and role play areas at home. We were unable to use our class hospital during that time so today we were able to rotate around different stations in the classroom to complete different activities linked to our topic. We used Lego to build hospitals and ambulances, drew Florence’s portrait, made stethoscopes using pipe cleaners and bottle lids, labelled our body parts and attended to some patients who visited the hospital, including Mullabear!
