We had 5 sessions with Jeannie who taught us some very important life lessons as part of our Personal Development and Mutual Understanding (PDMU) work. The pupils learnt about the harmful effects tobacco, alcohol and other substances can have on our bodies. We also learnt about our amazing brain and thought about positive role models in our lives.
