To commentate the Northern Ireland centenary, we took part in an art competition. Our theme was ‘Celebrations’ and we chose to focus on the music that has been part of our culture and used at many celebrations, big and small. We listened to some Ulster Scots music and as we listened we used water colour paints to express what we heard in the music. We then looked at some of instruments they used and decorated pictures of them with glitter. Have a look at our lovely creations.
