P3 and P4/5 travelled to Clandeboye Nature Rangers Forest School to take part in some outdoor learning.
They had great fun playing games, learning forest school rules, played in the outdoor play area and roasted marshmallows over an open fire. Richard, one of the rangers challenged the children to work in small groups to find leaves, twigs, acorns etc to build Fergus the hedgehog a new home. Everyone worked very well together and showed excellent creative skills.
Thank you to Miss Best who organised the trip and to all the adults who helped the children throughout the day.
