P4/5 have been working on coordinates and directions this week. We spent time completing practical and written activities which helped us develop our numeracy and teamwork skills.
Our literacy focused on identifying and using the correct 'where' homophone as well as orally discussing our weekend news and show and tell on Friday. 6 children done show and tell this week and others will have their turn next week. The children really enjoy this activity, it's great to see everyone speaking aloud, sharing information and answering questions about their item.
We learnt about the Advent wreath during RE and know what each of the candles represent.
We created a tribal headpiece for our art activity and enjoyed parading around the classroom.
P4/5 had a special visitior arrive in their classroom this week along with a special delivery box and note. Buddy the elf has joined us again and is keeping a close eye on all the boys, girls and staff!
