During literacy this week our lessons focused on what explanation writing is and how it is used to help explain different things or processes. We learnt the life cycle of a plant then wrote an explanation to explain the process of how seeds grow.
Our numeracy focused on looking at and labelling an 8-point compass which we then had to use to move through a variety of different directions. The P5 children progressed to looking at moving through different degrees to find different locations on a map.
For art we created skyscraper sundaes, this weather had us thinking of delicious treats that can help to keep us cool.
Another great week in P4/5.
