This week in P4/5 we have been working in small groups to design a new wrapper for a chocolate bar. The children thought of their own chocolate bar name, brand name, packaging colours and slogans to make their chocolate bar unique.
Our literacy focus has continued to be on editing sentences, written comprehension and talking and listening activities during all lessons.
We applied our addition and subtraction skills to solve word problems and also revised our knowledge of 2D shapes with the P5s exploring different types of triangles.
For PDMU we thought about the places where we belong, particularly at home and the people we live with.
To finish the week we visited the sensory room to read our class novel which was very relaxing.
