We have continued to work on poetry this week and looked at different poems linked to each season. We focused on writing a poem about spring and worked hard to add rhyming words. We have been doing lots of revision of our term 2 spellings and wrote funny spelling stories as part of our homework activities.
Our ICT has continued to focus on using Microsoft Publisher to create an informative brochure about our topic ‘Chocolate’.
Our final non contact boxing session was this week. We really enjoyed these sessions and gained a lot from them. We started Scottish dancing lessons on Tuesday with Michelle and had great fun learning different steps and positions.
We have been chatting about Easter and the different ways in which people may celebrate and how we can remember the key events of the Easter story. We spent time creating beautiful art pieces using pastels and water colours to create a sunset to represent Jesus on the cross.
