This week P6/7 started their shared education programme. The theme for P6/7 is trains and bridges and draws on the features of our local area.
We visited our partner school, St Laurence O’Toole’s Primary School, and worked in mixed groups to complete a STEM challenge. The groups were challenged to build a bridge to span a 50cm gap and support the weight of a can of beans.
Everyone had great fun and worked really well in their groups.
