Our previous Reading Eggs challenges have been a great success and the app is being used a lot more which is great! There are many benefits to using Reading Eggs from P1 through to P7, helping with overall literacy skills, spelling, reading and developing a sound understanding of a variety of texts.
The whole school Reading Eggs Summer Challenge for term 3 will continue to focus on using the app and building up time by completing maps and activities. The top 10 children who have spent the most time on Reading Eggs throughout term 3 will be awarded a summer surprise.
Aim to use the app each day for 20 minutes.
