After many hours of hard work the eco committee are very pleased to present their newly painted waterbutt for use in our school garden.
Last school year we held a competition to design the waterbutt and unfortunately our winner (Darcie - P7) didn’t get to paint her design on the waterbutt, but the new eco committee decided that they would work as a team to paint her design on the waterbutt. We are all very pleased with how it turned out!
Many thanks to the eco committee for painting the waterbutt and a massive thank you to Miss Barbour and Mrs McCulla who did all the preparation work and helped to complete the project.
Now just to put it in place and make use of the collected rainwater. 💦 🌷
